All our prices are based on the Euro currency. Sterling and U.S. Dollar equivalents are calculated daily and posted onto the website at 2300 hours Greenwich Mean Time. Payment can be made by cheque or cash transfer in euro, sterling or U.S. dollar. Details of payment destination are forwarded directly to the customer once a reservation has been accepted and entered into the bookings record.

     Partial weeks are charged at 200 euro / person / day up to a maximum of 5 normal working days, i.e. Monday to Friday. The weekly charge per person is 1250 euro and a week is deemed to be from Sunday until Saturday.

     A reservation is held for 1 month (31 days) from the date of entry into the bookings record. Within that period a deposit payment amounting to 50% of the total cost of the voyage must be forwarded to the designated payment destination. Failure to pay the deposit within the alloted time frame will result in the reservation being cancelled and the dates will again be designated as available on the bookings record.

     The balance of payment for the voyage must be paid 3 months before the commencement date. Failure to pay the balance within the alloted time frame is considered a cancellation without notice and the dates will again be designated as available on the bookings record. No refund of the deposit will be made in this circumstance.

     Every effort will be made to reconcile any 'force majeure' circumstances that interfere with a booking but each case will be considered on an individual circumstance and actions basis.
